Summary:

Mali has been involved from the start of each project, he is comfortable across project management, health and safety requirements, HASZOP’s, technical advice, troubleshooting, training and mentoring, reviews and reporting, he has handled feasibility studies, questioning, cross checking and reworking the issues as the numbers come out.

With a commercial focus on the deliverable’s he is aware not to get too pulled into the finer details too early. He is proactive in managing other people’s assumptions and expectations around what is involved, how long something will take and keeping that communication flowing.

Summary:

Experience driving both short and long haul, as well as shift work. He doesn’t mind the longer runs and enjoys the change of scenery and doesn’t mind doing overnighters.

Practical and mechanically minded when working in Australia on the mine sites drivers had to be very hands on with their own safety and maintenance checks. He also supported maintenance crews servicing drill rigs. Not precious he is happy to role his sleeves up and do the shifting and lifting.

Working in Australia Health and Safety was always a key presence on work sites, from behavioral practice to PPE and work wear, this is ingrained in his every day.

With a solid 8 years of experience in process, environmental and civil engineering within diamond, alumina, cyanide, ammonia, acid, fertiliser, wine, wastewater, and crushing and grinding industries. The main areas of Johns experience has been focused on project management, asset management, process optimisation, troubleshooting and engineering design.
