Your role

  • Deliver company recruitment strategy
  • Create innovative ways to attract the very best talent for clients
  • Achieve annual revenue targets not at the expense of quality
  • Build on existing client bases, identify new business and follow up potential opportunities to maximise commercial outcomes.
  • Meet with key clients to build proactive relationships
  • Undertake end to end management of the recruitment cycle

Special requirements

  • Must be able to travel
  • Must be able to enjoy a great day’s work and celebrate positive outcomes
  • Must have a resilient, caring, genuine no compromise attitude

Skills and experience

You will be experienced in sales and relationship management and full recruitment training is given.

In addition, you will have

  • Excellent communications both written and oral
  • Great planning skills
  • Professional attitude
  • Self-motivation and be able to work without micromanagement
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Ability to build solid long-lasting genuine relationships with clients
  • Extensive experience in sales / negotiations
  • Problem solving skills
