Alison is the Managing Director at Hard Hat Recruits bringing 25+ years’ experience to a challenging and highly competitive technical recruitment environment. Alison’s background is as a Chartered Safety Practitioner and is a founding Director of our highly successful sister company, edenfx HSE Recruitment.
Alison has a particular interest in Corporate Social Responsibility whereby organisations consider the interests of society by taking responsibility for the impact of their activities on customers, suppliers, employees, shareholders, communities and other stakeholders, as well as the environment.

Stuart Gill co-founded edenfx HSE in 2007. He is a BSc SHEM Risk Manager, Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, Certified Member of NZISM, Chartered Member of The Safety Institute of Australia and a Member of the Institute of Directors with over 20 years of HSE experience across a number of industries.
Stuart is passionate about his profession and believes that ethical best practice creates social and environmental value and promotes good business. Cath heads up the Teams within the Hard Hat Divisions – she has exceptional industry and general business delivery knowledge with a strong focus on staffing and resource management.
Cath works closely with clients requiring future workforce planning and skills development, including New Zealand’s leading energy and utility as well as construction and infrastructure clients. This adds value to our services ensuring our clients are always one step ahead of the competition.
Cath believes firmly that it is the right individual that makes the difference, both for her own teams and those for our hiring managers.

Amber has been with the team for over two years and enjoys continual professional development supporting both her clients and her personal growth.
Having stepped out of a large generic recruitment environment, Amber enjoys the Hardhat fast paced, high quality, high performing team environment where no two days are the same. Amber has a natural recruitment style and always goes the extra mile, to the extent she has undertaken gas and utility inductions, climbed telegraph poles and spent time on worksites to fully understand the briefing and culture in an organisation.
Amber’s expertise is within the utilities and infrastructure environments and if asked will volunteer that she loves making peoples dreams come true with the offer of a new job and supporting those not quite right into other opportunities.

Ana has worked at Hard Hat for 2 years and as a Recruitment Consultant has end to end recruitment expertise understanding the quality of the service that our clients deserve and should expect from a recruitment partner.
Ana is known for her calm and collected manner and nothing will faze her after spending time running her own business, Personal Training and working for 10 years as a Police Constable.
Ana enjoys the people interaction on a daily basis and no job is too hard or too small for Ana and the team, all assignments are treated with equal respect.
In her spare time, you will find Ana working around the farm, renovating her house and she is now in training for the Taupo Ultramarathon in October 2018. Work hard play hard is our motto.

Jigar Kachhia (JK) is a welcome addition to the Hard Hat team bringing a high level of skills, knowledge, experience and qualified application to the team. He brings over 7 years of experience in end to end recruitment for Manufacturing, Retail and Logistics including agency, internal and bulk hiring. For the last three years, he has worked with an Auckland based recruitment agency primarily in business development and marketing and is now working to his strengths by recruiting in niche sectors for our clients, all of whom deserve a high standard of recruitment care.
In his spare time, JK can be found head down on DIY projects, taking walks on the beach or spending time with friends and family.

Avinash (Avi) joined our team to offer in house dedicated services to one of our clients to whom we provide recruitment services across all roles.
Avi holds an MBA and is a recent Unitec graduate who relocated to New Zealand last year to further her studies and career. She has worked in the recruitment sector for over 7 years and been involved in full lifecycle recruitment of candidates in manufacturing, IT, insurance and technical roles. Avi was a natural selection for our teams for her HR and recruitment background and she is a natural fit to our clients offering the calm that is needed in a high paced, high performing team environment.
Avinash spends her free time by going for long walks, runs or to the gym and feels that one hour is a personal oasis for her to be calm and de-stress. She loves to keep herself busy and is an avid dog lover.

Maureen (Mo) has been in administration for over 20 years predominantly in PA roles in a variety of industries, both large and small. She works as EA to Cath Fournier and brings huge energy to the team and every day sees her with a smile on her face, nothing is too much trouble.
Mo is also responsible for project managing bulk exercises and developing new IT platforms to support these.
In her down-time she enjoys spending time with her two children (until they outgrow that), swimming in the ocean and rainy days will find her at the movies.

Nikita has five years in the Food Retail/FMCG sector and has now jumped over the recruitment fence from In house into the exciting world of agency recruitment and brings high performance skills to the team.
Nikita has spent the last 10 years on Auckland’s North Shore and is now a proud Coastie who can be found walking and exploring Shakespeare Regional Park and local beaches. Nikita as a candidate care resourcer prides herself on her people management skills and always has a smile on her face bringing happy positive vibes to the team environment and to those she has business dealings with.

Emma had worked in the Insurance industry for 9 years before joining the Hard Hat team with her main focus on service delivery and building strong relationships with clients. Emma enjoys the diversity that a resourcer position offers from candidate care, booking appointments through to background research.
Living on the Hibiscus Coast, she loves the beach, spending time and money on her car, and she is an avid music fan.

Donna has been in administration for over 20 years and for the last 12 years has worked alongside a number of business leaders as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant. Having worked in a range of industries her broad knowledge and organisational skills help to provide Hard Hat Recruits clients and candidates with the knowledge that they are in safe hands. Now as Group EA she provides support to the Directors of edenfx HSE and Hard Hat Recruits and also manages the day to day running of the offices in Silverdale.
Known for her love of heels (we have never seen the same pair twice), Donna loves to shop with a capital S and is otherwise spotted on the beach or in her tinny trying to master the age-old kiwi art of fishing.
